virtualenv 配下の Python 3 環境 に TensorFlow 1.11, Keras 2.2.4 をインストール
RaspDesktop の TensorFlow は、pip でインストールできないので、ソースコードからビルドする.Keras もインストールする.
- virtualenv 配下の Python 3 環境で pip の更新
