ワークショップでの準備作業

Confman を使って、査読者割り当て、査読結果の集計などを行ないました。 Confman ではできない（つまり，手作業でおこなうべき）作業は次のような感じになります。

次のようなメールを出して、査読希望を集める。

XXXX received total of NN papers.
Each paper will be reviewed by M reviewers. Then each reviewer will be assigned
NNNN or MMMM papers.
The due date of the review will be ...

Soon we will assign papers for you to review.
This assignment will be based on your preferences of interested papers.
Please tell us your preferences of interested papers by ....
In order to tell us your preferences, please access the following Web page:

and login by using following information:

    Your user name:xxxx
    Your password :xxxx

After successful login, you will see the "Input Form" Web page.
At this page, you can choose the preferences of interested papers.
Please choose at least NN papers from the list.
Since the paper assignment will start very soon, we kindly request
you to complete until ....

次のようなメールを出して、査読依頼する。

Dear PC Members

We have now finished the process of assigning papers to reviewers.

The assignment is based on your preferences of interested papers.
We are aware that we might not have met all your preferences.
However, you may give a paper for review to a colleague
who may be more knowledgeable in a specific field.

The review process was due on ....
and we hope that you could submit your review results in time.

In order to obtain the papers and to register your review results,
please access the following Web page:

and login by using following information:

    Your password :xxxx

After successful login, you will see the "HOGEHOGE Program Committee
Online-meeting" Web page.
If you follow the link "See list of assigned papers and submit
reviews" in the page, you will get an overview over all papers that
are assigned to you for review.
At this page, you can download the papers (PDF or Postscript format),
and you can register your review results. 

Since the notification to the authors is soon, we kindly request you
to complete the review process until ....
